Cannot connect to MyCloudMirror dashboard

I am away from home and want to back uo my photos to Mycloudmirror. I can connect to my cloud on my desktop but cannot connect to the dashboard. I get a message that it took too long to connect. Therefore I cannot open mycloudmirror in windows explorer in order to save my files.

Diagnosis says my network is configured correctly but it cannot find the mycloudmirror.

How can I access my cloud?
