Cannot connect to EX2 after cable modem upgrade

Previously, no problem reaching EX2 via either wireless or Ethernet.

Replaced cable modem with upgraded model. No problem connecting via wireless. Cannot connect via Ethernet.

Everything else works fine via Ethernet (web browsing and so on); it’s only connecting to the EX2 that doesn’t work. Powered EX2 down and restarted it. No change.

Perhaps I’m missing something obvious. Any ideas?

Seems to be an IP problem, not a WD problem.
