Cannot connect dropbox app to dropbox

I select Configure → sign-in → Allow Access → Copy Code → Paste code into My Cloud → sign-in → Allow Access → Copy Code → Paste code into My Cloud → sign-in → Allow Access → Copy Code → Paste code into My Cloud → sign-in → Allow Access → Copy Code → Paste code into My Cloud → sign-in → Allow Access → Copy Code → Paste code into My Cloud → sign-in → Allow Access → Copy Code → Paste code into My Cloud → sign-in → …

So how many times do I do this before I get something different like the configuration for syncing?

Thanks for the quick reply. I haven’t changed the admin user’s name on the NAS so it is still Admin and I did uninstall and reinstall the dropbox app last week. It synced fine then. I thought I had fixed it. Then I noticed today that some files I added over the weekend didn’t sync and it won’t sync. It just says “Up to date” when I hit the sync button.

Any more ideas?
