Cannot admin MyCloudMirror locally

Strange behavior, but I can non longer admin my drive through the browser app.

The issue: >When I log in (in my case using Firefox and the LAN address of MyCloudMirror), the password is checked, the Home page displays (diagnostic = sane, firmware = 2.11.178), then nothing happens, the drive nevers ends its “capacity” evaluation, thus nothing is active and I cannot manage users of shared folders.

Meanwhile, everything else seems ok:

  • I still can share folders with my local PC (Windows 8.1)
  • I can still access the shared folders through internet using my Android ‘My Cloud’ app.

Can someone help me on this?

Hi HillianFellers,

Sometimes there might be issue while trying to login using Firefox browser. Did you try to login on MyCloud.com using another web browser?
