Hi, does anyone here have same problem after finsihed setup wd My Cloud 2TB? I’ve tried 40 sec reset twice but doesn’t work

Hello,

There may be a problem with your ISP / Networks ability to resolve wd2go.com domain.

  • open a console on a PC/Mac connected to the same network
  • type nslookup wd2go.com

If wd2go.com doesn’t resolve, go into the My Cloud settings and change to Google DNS Server
