Cannot access the Public Share

I rebooted the computer and also the MyBookWorld. I can get to the web-based admin page; the unit has an assigned IP address in my router. I can use WDLink and when I do, I see the IP address and MyBookWorld but not the public share. Map Drive is disabled. I can go to all the pages in the web based admin app, but I cannot map the drive at all.

net use x: \mybookworld\public errors out with error 67, network name cannot be found.

I am running Win7 Home with a Linksys router. Have not had this problem before.

What to do?

Hello, try pressing the reset button on the back side for 4 seconds. If possible also try to access the My Book from another PC.
