Cannot access public files only wdsync

This is frustrating me. I’m away from my MYCLOUD storage device. (Of course WD wants the serial number before I can ask support for help). When I log onto mycloud it only shows me WDSYNC about 75% of the time. No public files. Occasionally it will show both but I have to click on public files quickly or it disappears. Has anyone had this problem?

No. Just the site.

I just tried the site. Same problem. Only the WDSYNC files come up.
