Cannot access mycloud

Hi,
I cannot log into mycloud.com with email and password, but can access via webpage with IP address to dashboard

I have the same problem after upgrade the firmware, I can access only with the admin account created by WD, all other users name and password are not working anymore

@elayoubi, in My Cloud OS 5, only the admin can access the device’s web dashboard to configure the unit. All other users can access the network shares depending on their account privilege setup by the admin.
