Cannot access My Book Live 3TB

OK so I have had to move a lot recently and had this drive access via FTP but lost loads of systems as well.

It’s plugged in … I can set up users but wherever I go it tells me that my email or password is incorrect.

I have some very important files stored on the drive. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? My 4TB is no problem at all
