Hi!I have a 1 TB external WD drive.For the last few weeks I am unable to access data in my drive.When I connect the drive to my laptop via USB on both Linux and Windows,the drive isnt viewable by drive letter on Windows or as a filesystem on Linux.
I downloaded the Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows and did both Quick and Extended Test and output was as below
