I have mine connected to my router and it’s only connecting at half duplex. I haven’t seen any option in the network config menus and when I contacted support, they couldn’t help because my router wasn’t on their list of “supported” devices (which just means that it’s never been tested on it).
No, it cannot be FORCED to 100/FULL.
The Hub uses auto-negotiation, so if it’s coming up 100/HALF, then it would appear that something is not compatible between your Hub and router…
