Can’t see new file in my cloud app

I have a PR4200 and it’s been working well, but lately I have found the following issue.
I copy a file to a share from my Mac.
I can see the file in the share
I can access the file using apps like VLC etc.
I cannot see the file in the My Cloud app on iPhone.
I’ve copied the file to different locations and shares and it is the same result. I can see it everywhere but from the My Cloud app.
I am running the current version 4.22.0
I can see new photos that have been backed up but not these files.
The files are there but I just can’t see them from the app.
Any ideas?
