Can Smartware Pro backup WdTv Live Hub to WD My Cloud?

I have Smartware Pro 2.4.6 installed on my computer and I cannot find the option to back up my WdTv Live Hub to my WD My Cloud 3 TB drive. I see the options to backup my local drives, but can’t figure out how to backup my WdTv Live Hub. Is there any way to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

That procedure is not support by the WD Smartware.

My recommendation on this case is to move the files manually or using a third party application.
