My wife has her phone to auto backup to our MyCloud Home Duo. She can see all the photos on the drive from her phone MyCloud app, but can’t see many of them from her desktop computer. We just want to back up all our phones to the MyCloud and be able to see them from any of our computers. I can’t find any settings to fix this issue.
