All why is it not possible when I play a movie to use the DVD menu the most media players will do this.
Is it possible that WD will come with a new firmware update so we can use also the DVD menu

This has been requested time and time again and WD has done nothing about it or even hinted that they would do anything about it. If I remember right, they even said they weren’t going to. The problem is…if they were to add this it would cut into their precious profit margin and companies like WD are more concerned with the dollar than they are with the customer.
