Can not see files in shared folder

Hi,
I can not see files from a shared folder from My Cloud web o My Cloud Android application.
I can see the folder but when I entry it is empty when really have many files.
Before this firmware updates it working fine.
Any idea for resolve the problem?

You should check out what i found out.
Also, remember that you need to enable FTP (Anonymous None) and NFS on the share.
If it’s not enabled, it won’t show up.

WD MyCloud 2 OS5 Using Windows Explorer W10 20H2

I seem to have stumbled upon the same issue, but I just upgraded to OS5 from OS3. It was working fine on OS3. I still haven’t figured out what the issue is. I got the latest windows, I have enabled SMB1.0 and I have made sure NFS is enabled. Yet it’s not in the network discovery. I have tried WD’s own Network Discovery tool. No luck there. Thank you but my problem is different, I can see the folders shared and the files in Windows network, but with My Cloud web or My Cloud Android application I can see the folders shared but not the files into them.
