Can not log in to cloud after latest update

after updating to and log in to new os 5 I can not connect to the cloud through my PR4100
Going to cloud access trying to log in and I get the message “Updating…” forever…
Any ideas ?

@NIKOLAOS_PASCHALIS Can you collect the system logs and email them to me?

Try to Change password on to have Capital letter+number…, the PR uses it
