Can not list complete files

I deleted and added some media files on my cloud (3T), After about 10 hours later, I log in one APP to play these media files, but I found that only part media files was displayed , why ?

Is the application you’re trying to play the media files from called “One APP”?

Can you share the type of files you’re trying to play(format)?
