I have done procedure to get port forwarding enabled but I only get Relay connection. I have enable ports in my router and I know both ports are really open (80 and 443) becuase I can check it in internet, however, Mycloud darshabard always says I am en a relay connection but I am able to connect outside my home thru App. How can I get port forwarding connection?
80 and 443 ports are often used for other services try to use different external ones like 8081 to 80 and 8443 to 443 on router port forwaeding section to your MyCloud ip.
On MyCloud set manual ports to these 8081 and 8443 (internal are always 80 and 443).
This manual menu could be confusing, i know it!
