I am getting this error all the time. that it can not connect to My Book Live. It is not detected by the network. I tried powering down and restarting a couple of times. But Network still can not see it. How do I get back all the data/files on the My Book Live box. Any help is greatly appreciated.
You need to go back to WD Community, look through the list of all the different devices and sub-forums, and find the one for your device.
This sub-forum is for the WD MY CLOUD.
