Can not access to dashboard due to ip address had change

Dear Sir / Madam,

Due to the change of IP address, I can not access to the Dashboard on a My Cloud.

How to find my IP address in order to access to the Dashboard on My Cloud personal?

@VINCENT_YEO If you are using Windows have you right clicked on the icon for the Dashboard, then clicked on Properties and looked to see what is showing for the address? Make changes if the address that is showing is incorrect.

Do you know what the address is or is that what you are trying to find out.

If your My Cloud is connected to your router have you checked your router to see what address has been issued for it? Are you able to reserve the address? See example image below from my Linksys Router.
