The other day I installed the new firmware 1.02.21. I’ve had an external hard drive connected to my WD TV Live for months without problem. Since the firmware upgrade the WD TV Live can no longer read the drive. Is there a way to fix this without formatting the drive and starting over? Can I roll back my firmware?
This can happen if the drive wasn’t ejected before you start the process.
You can try to put it on your computer to DELETE the wd_tv folder (it is in the root of the drive) and let the WD rebuild it.
