Can I trade the WDMyCloud for a regular drive?
This thing is next to useless, it never stays linked to the LAN, sometimes it shows as a network computer and sometimes not. What a nightmare
Why ask us, take it back to the store where you bought it and ask them.
They probable will let you trade it for a hard drive. They will probable be more willing to do that than giving you your money back, then they will sell the My Cloud to someone else.
