Can I get my erased files back? (Mycloud Home Duo)
This time, it happened after the ios app update version was automatically updated.
“Automatic backup” was turned on, and I deleted unnecessary files that were automatically backed up in the picture folder by group by selecting all at once on a monthly basis.
This is because it selectively backs up only the important files without backing up everything.
The problem is that all files for that month in other folders that do not correspond to the photo folder are erased.
Folders containing deleted files will only have empty folders, even if there are no files at all.
More importantly, Mycloud Home devices don’t have menus to easily restore deleted files.
What I want to do now, even if it is complicated, please tell me how to recover large amount of deleted files from Mycloud Home Duo device.
