Can I do administration tasks (manage privileges, add users, …) remotely? If yes, what are the steps that I need to do on the remote PC?

Welcome to the Community.

At this moment, remote management or Dashboard access is not supported for security purposes. As an alternative, you can log in remotely into a computer within the same network as your WD My Cloud, and then access the Dashboard from that computer.
