I purchased a 1tb My Passport Ultra that is marked (win 8). When connected to a laptop running win 10 it doesn’t seem to be seen. Should it operate with a win 10 computer? Is a win 8 passport be upgrade-able to work with win 10? Is my best option to just toss it and purchase a newer drive? This item was purchased in 2015 but only taken out of the box now. Thank you.
