One of my cameras failed to update its firmware and would like to know if anyone knows what to do? I can’t do anything in the andriod app because it reports as failed and I can’t retry the update. The camera is still working correctly. but if gets powered off will it still work?
I unplugged the camera from the hub, waited 30 seconds and plugged back in. The Failed message was gone, re-tried the update, viola.
