C Drive full, can I delete iSCSIlog.txt and iSCSIlog.bak?

We are running Windows Storage Server 2008 R2 and the C drive is nearly full. The C drive is 60.5GB, windows takes up 35.5GB. The file named iSCSIlog.txt is 10.6GB and iSCSIlog.bak is 3.5GB. Is it safe to delete these files? Thank you
