Buy Home Cloud Mirror and can't install

Comprei um home cloud mirror, liguei ao router desde ai aparece na aplicação e no PC “atualização firmware”, está assim há mais de 24horas.
Não sei se está avariado, se algum problema com o router, o router ve home cloud (my home cloud) deu-lhe um IP, está ligado…
Mas não tenho accesso a nada nem funciona.
ALGUÉM ME CONESEGUE AJUDAR

In the US there is a MyCloud Mirror or a MyCloud Home. They are totally different. We have no MyCloud Mirror Home.
