I need some help please, I’ve brought a My Passport Ultra 1TB yesterday, when I connect it to my laptop is does’nt show in my computer but in device manager it shows as a other device even tried disk management don’t even show there. It works 2 other computers and on a television… What can I do???

Make sure you plug the drive directly to the USB port and not trough a USB Hub. If you still have the same issue then it is possible that your computer is not providing enough power trough the USB port to spin the drive properly.
USB3.0 requires 800mA to work and USB2.0 500mA.
Also make sure you are not using a cable longer than the original.
