I have a brand new 10TB USB-C G-Drive. It mounted the first time (but not right away – it took a while which seemed strange.) I formatted it in a standard Mac format, and backed up 1.5TB to it. Now today it won’t mount at all. Is it a bad drive and needs to be returned?
