I know this prob shouldn’t go here but I don’t know where else to put it it has been 5 days since I’ve ordered a 2tb sn550 and it is still on processing order I just wanted to know if this was normal or not

We would request you to download the SSD dashboard and run the diagnostic test and if it fails, please backup the data and create an RMA to replace the drive.
