Boot drive (Black WD Nvme) corrupted

Around the start of the year I built a new system and put it up using a WD Nvme drive as my boot drive.
It was installed on a Crosshair VII Hero (WiFi) with an AMD processor. About 2 weeks ago I began getting messages that one of my drives was corrupt and should be addressed. I could not find any failures until my system failed to boot.

After some work I got the system to boot into the BIOS with a USB install stick. I reformatted the Nvme drive and reinstalled the OS. However it functioned very slow and I never saw an operating system on my system with that card ever again. Is this something that WD covers? I do not expect Nand to fail in 6 months!!
