Better file management progress (multiple folders)

When we select more than one folder and then choose to copy/move them, the progress indication that shows the number of files first shows the number of files in the first folder, and when finished, it then shows the number of files in the 2nd folder etc. This means that we do not know where exactly the progress is.

Also, two progress bars are required. The first as it is now, and the second to present the percentage completion of the whole process.
