BDMV Folder Question?

Ok so i just ripped my 1st Blu-Ray and now i have a BDMV Folder with a whole bunch of files in there. What Files and where do i put them on the Hub?

Currently i have all my files on the ROOT of the Hub with the .xml files, do i just put the whole BDMV folder on the ROOT like the rest? or do i just transfer the STREAM Folder with the .m2ts in them? or do i just put the .m2ts files on the ROOT of the Hub?

Why not rip to .mkv format and eliminate the headache of all those files?

I Dont Hvae the Disc any more and i dont have any good software to convert on my Mac.
