BBC iPlayer

Hi there,

I have purchased the WD TV LIve. I have looked on sites before buying and seen that the device comes with BBC iPlayer in the UK.

I have looked through everything in services and live TV however BBC iPlayer is not showing…

I have tried updating firmware and it still doesn’t show…
My current firmware version is 1.12.14

Can you please help…?

So have I got to wait for WD to fix the servers. Or will i have to factory reset my device.

You can try a factory reset and see if they re-appear. I have tried a number of times without success. I will say that its likely that you will have to reset at some time in order for them to re-appear.

Hmmmm :confused: When will WD get this fixed

I can assure you that they are aware of the problem but I have no idea if they know what the cause of it is or how long it will take to mend.
