Bad EMI over Thunderbolt 3 to MacBook Pro

I just started using my 48TB Shuttle with Thunderbolt 3 and the power delivery to my Macbook Pro is problematic. The Shuttle says it delivers power over Thunderbolt 3, it does, the problem is that there is tons of EMI. When plugged in, my studio monitors will hum with interference. If I plug my MacBook Pro’s charger in at the same time, then things quiet down. Not sure if it’s a grounding issue or if the power the Shuttle is delivering is dirty, but it’s bad.

Doesn’t matter what TB3 port I use on my MBP, this only happens when the Shuttle is being used via the power delivery TB3 port. If I use the non-powered TB3 port then all is quiet. This defeats the purpose of me buying this product as I wanted to use it to power my MBP.

I have all of these electronics plugged into a grounded Furman line conditioner that is tested and working properly. The issue is with the Shuttle.
