Last friday I bought a new WD MyCloud 4tb storage.
I installed the unit on my network and I was the start of lots of frustrations…
I found the unit sooooooooo slowwwwww …
The transfer of a 320 Mo folder took 13 minutes… What was that ???
I retry with a smaller file. 130 Mo… It took 9 minutes to transfer the file !!!
After more than 27 hours of tryes, google search, restarts, factory back… My décision is to put back this ****bleep**** directly in is box and return to the shop…
No more time to work on this unit…
Ok the price is very good… But that’s all !! There is no possibilities to work fast with a so bad and slow system like this…
So… I’ll go with a real HD Bay for the backup of my work.
