How do i tell when it is finished backing up? It has sat here now for half hour doining nothing.
It will not give you a popup notification, you need to open SmartWare, click in teh Backup Tab, in the top left corner it will show the backup progress, and will confirm when it has completed.
From the smartware backup tab when the two columns show the same blue block, the backup is complete
