Backup won't finish

Hi all
My backup won’t finish.
Under backup tap, the bar continue to roll upper left corner…
Data files For Backup refelct, 1800 files
Data files backed up, 1800 files
Bar continue to roll. No check mark for
Have tried to make a new backup folder and start all over.

Belive issue arrised after I upgradet firmware on the WD MyCloud to v04.04.02-105 or when the SmartWare was upgraded to V2.4.14
Use Win 8

Hello,

I recommend you try a reset an/or power cycle on the drive. Also try uninstalling and reinstalling the software on the computer.
