Trying to install WD Backup but I get no targets found. Tried running as admin and changing services as per prior posts, nothing seems to work. My computer sees the drive (8TB Easystore) but WB Backup does not find it. The program will not complete install. Any ideas or do I return it?
It is better to use Microsoft Windows backup app then WD backup app.
