i uninstalled my WD Passport Ultra then reinstalled it. I have Windows 10 now and was using it with my Windows 7.
I don’t know why it won’t go past 84.20 GB and has been there for the past 3 hours.
The only category complete is ‘Mail’.
Anyone have any suggestions? Sure would appreciate any and all help and assistance!

Is there an exclamation mark in the “Backup” tab of WD SmartWare? If so then there could be an active file that needs to be closed before the rest of the backup can proceed.
