I have a WD “My Passport” external drive. I use the Smartware software for backup. Today I added about 250mg of files and it looked like the backup was instantaneous, could it really be that fast. I am not using a USb 3.0 port either so I would think it would be slower. How can I check if the files I backed up today are ineed on my passport?

You can access the backup folder inside the drive and verify the backup did happen.
The backup folder is called “WDSmartware.swstor” and it is located in the root of your external drive.
