Backup Software Won't Open After First Install

I have installed the backup software and during the setup I can select the drive and the first backup appears to run successfully, but then after that I cannot open the software. That means I cannot check on a backup, run a separate backup or even restore files from backup. The application appears to be running as it is in the task bar. I downloaded the latest version from the site (1.9.6485.41936) to make sure I am up-to-date, but no luck. If I reinstall the software, it even finds previous backups during the setup, but that’s still the only time I can do anything with the backups.

Try to uninstall the application and run the Fix It Tool(link provided below).
