The WD Smartware Pro software does not seem to be very feature rich. Has anyone used ohther backup software succesfully? We have both Windows 8 and 7 devices in the house. Can I use the built in OS backup features?
Yes the built in backup on the OS does the job just fine. Acronis True Image is another tool if you’re willing to pay
