Utilizing the back from the connector software, I was needing to restore an outlook 2013 ost file which was not in the directory with the other outlook file. What am I doing wrong??

ost file should be recreated when you connect to exchange. pst would be more important but it does not back them up either I don’t think.
It also does not backup recorded TV

Hope all is well with you. I run office 2013 and outlook utilizing imap not the old pop3 and just assumed (my issue) it would have backed it up along with everything else in that directory. Obviously, my mistake, I will just make a copy of it every week or so, I am not sure how the server (cox webmail) handles the sync when the ost is corrupt.
