I was wondering if anyone here can help me. We have an WD MC Ultra EX2 set up for a client to backup to a USB device. It looks like the backups are working fine but they don’t seem to have any prompt or notification of a successful backup to the end user. Maybe I just missed a setting but is there anyway to to get some kind of notification of Successful/Failed backup either via email or an app notification? We are trying to avoid having the client from hooking the external drive to a PC after every backup to ensure it was successful.
