I think the question is clear from the object. I need to set backup (I wish icremental backup) from a WD My Cloud EX2 NAS towards an older Zyxel NAS.
The backup utility doesn’t give this opportunity but only from a WD MyCloud NAS towards another WD MyCloud NAS, and I want to say this is really senseless (the really older Zyxel NAS gives the opportunity to set up backup towards every device).
So, is there a way, maybe installing a 3rd party app or enabling ssh to do that? In the affirmative, which is an easy 3rd party free backup app to install? And how I can do that? Or someone could tell me how to work with ssh?
Thank you very much, but WD, at least until when this basic needing will be satisfied directly by the standard firmware.
