Hi, I would like to make a backup from Mac to My Cloud Home. Mac recognize my MyCloud but to connect to them I have to insert a registered name and a password. I don’t have both of them. Could someone help me?. Thank you

@mirobiondo When you setup your device you did create an account, right? See Chapter Two of the User Manual.
