Backup copy numbers - 2 external drives

I have 2 external WD drives 256GB and 2TB. I like to keep the small one in the safe in case of theft. Only 1 copy of files fit on 256GB one, but plenty of room on large one. How do I configure WD backup to do 1 copy on 256GB disk and 4 on 2TB disk?
